Light Industrial traditionally are considered flex type office space consisting of office and showroom in the front and warehouse space located in the rear of the facility. These types of buildings can range anywhere from 10,000 to 100,000 sf. They are normally portioned with 20 ft bays which range from 60 - 80 ft deep. Designs can include semi truck unloading with loading docks or van loading at ground level.
