Redevelopment
Liberty Harbor | Brunswick, GA

Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co. was hired by WW Group Holdings, Inc. to provide engineering design services for Liberty Harbor. Formerly the home to the Jones Shipyards, where Liberty cargo ships were built during World War II, Liberty Harbor will be redeveloped into 1,600 high-end condominiums on 110 acres with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean.
The development will occupy much of the southwestern corner of the Brunswick Peninsula, directly south of the historic downtown and bordered on the east by the Sidney Lanier Bridges. A major component of the development will be a 450 wet slip marina and a 200 slip dry storage facility.
