Surveying is the core of our business. We are well-versed in performing standard boundary surveys which identify property lines, land tract & parcel reviews, record-of-survey maps to comply with state laws and ordinances, adjacent or adjoining property owners and right-of-way issues or missing property points. We have the ability to perform more complex ALTA surveys. In addition, we provide legal descriptions, topographic surveys, elevation plans, grading plans, wetland and drainage issues and solutions, salt-water flagging, underground and above-ground staking and site plans for lot layouts.
